1. Who Can Use This Service

- Sign-in is handled through Google, so you do not need to create or remember a separate password for Ai2Video.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
- Please do not share, sell, or abuse accounts, credits, or subscription access.
3. What You Can Make
We want Ai2Video to be useful, creative, and safe. You are welcome to generate images, videos, audio, music, lyrics, chat responses, and other AI content as long as you use the tools responsibly.
Please do not use the service to create, upload, or share content that:
- Is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, or meant to defame or impersonate someone.
- Sexualizes minors or exploits children in any way.
- Creates deepfakes, voice clones, or misleading media intended to trick or harm people.
- Contains malware, phishing, scams, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Violates someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
We may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts if we believe these rules are being broken. We try to handle issues fairly, but we may act quickly when needed to protect users, the site, or other people.
4. Your Content and AI Outputs
You keep whatever rights you already have in content you upload. Subject to the law, these Terms, and any third-party provider rules, you can generally use the outputs you generate for personal or commercial projects.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique. Different users may receive similar results, and the tools can sometimes produce inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.
5. Credits, Plans, and Billing
- Free users can use many tools, with limits that help keep the service available for everyone.
- Paid plans provide more monthly credits, access to more tools or settings, and may remove watermarks.
- Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless we clearly say otherwise.
- You can cancel a paid plan anytime. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us and we will do our best to be reasonable.
6. Third-Party AI Services
Ai2Video uses trusted third-party AI providers to process requests and generate outputs. Depending on the tool, this may include providers such as Replicate, fal.ai, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and similar services.
Those providers may have their own terms and policies. By using our tools, you understand that your inputs may be processed by those services so we can provide the requested output.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the site running smoothly, but AI services can be slow, busy, unavailable, or change without notice. We may update, pause, limit, or remove tools when needed for reliability, cost, abuse prevention, or provider changes.
8. No Professional Advice
AI can be wrong, incomplete, weird, or offensive. Do not rely on outputs as medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment and talk to a qualified professional when the stakes are important.
9. Our Liability
Ai2Video is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $20 if you used the service for free.
10. Ending Access
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your creations where the site provides a delete option. We may suspend or end access if an account abuses the service, breaks these Terms, creates risk for others, or causes unusual technical or billing problems.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the site changes. If we make important changes, we will try to make them easy to find. Continuing to use Ai2Video after the Terms change means you accept the updated Terms.
